Gary is a principal of Johnson, Christopher, Javore & Cochran, Inc. and has been actively involved in construction litigation since 1981.  He has been a frequent speaker for the Construction Law Section of the San Antonio Bar Association and Texas Bar Association. Mediation

The fee for a full-day mediation is $2,000.00 per party  (which includes lunch).  If a mediation settlement agreement is signed in 4 hours or less, parties are refunded half of their fee (less the cost of lunch).

The fee for a half-day mediation is $1,000.00 per party.  If the mediation goes longer than four hours, parties are invoiced at $250 per party per hour.

Travel expenses will be billed for mediations outside of San Antonio.  Travel time is billed at $300/hour. 

Arbitration

$400/hour for study, hearings and Award preparation

A cancellation fee equal to the product of the per diem rate ($3,200) and the number of days scheduled for arbitration may be assessed for any cancellation or postponement within thirty days of the arbitration date.
