Biographical
Mr. Rubenstein has practiced law in Texas since 1985 and has mediated on a fulltime basis since 1993. He has mediated in excess of 11,000 disputes involving personal injury, premises liability, complex business disputes, construction, professional malpractice, employment, real estate and debt collection. Mr. Rubenstein been named a Super Mediator by Texas Monthly each year since 2008. Mr. Rubenstein's trial experience extends to both the federal and state courts. He has also received appointments as a federal court receiver and frequently serves as a guardian ad litem.

Rates Information
$700 per party for a half day personal injury mediation
$875 per party for a half day business mediation
$1750 per party for a full day mediation
$500 per party for a two hour mediation
